A few Boomers get out of control and attack on humans. Branch's officer Buzz is partnered up with a Boomer, while Michaelson is uneasy about robots and humans to a degree. Alternate Name: クラナド (Kuranado) Director: Osamu Dezaki Year: 2007 Trailer: Tomoya Okazaki meets a girl named Nagisa Furukawa at school. Nagisa is repeating her thrid year of high school for being sick from her previous year. Being back Nagisa doesn't know what to do/ Tomoya suggests that she finds something that interests her; and she restarts her Drama Club that she tried to do during her previous year. Hand drawing a poster to promote the drama club, she uses an old mascot called the " The Big Dango Family". Tomoya and his friend Youhei Sunohara help Nagisa put up the posters around the school. Will Nagisa be able to recruit members for the Drama Club? In a time of our lives we might be like Tomoya wondering what's the purpose of our lives, and then a special someone like Nagisa who give us happiness and something to protect. Alternate Name: パーフェクトブルー (Pāfekuto Burū) Director: Satoshi Kon Year: 1998 Trailer: The lead singer for "CHAM!" Mima Kirigoe decides that she wants to leave the group to become an actress. Her first role in a drama series called Double Bind. Some fans including a stalker known as "Me-Mania get upset with Mima by her career change. "Mima's Room" is a site that Mima found out. This site is a public diary that seems to be written by her everyday life in detail. Getting a bigger part in Double Bind, but the producers would think that Mima should be a rape victive in a strip club. Her manager Rumi is concerened about Mima, but she accepts the part. Being traumatiezed by the scene she's unable to seperate fantasy and reality. Does Mima wish she didn't persue in acting to stay with "CHAM!" or does she just continue on? Will she be able to find out who's the culperate of "Mima's Room"? Rating: ☆☆☆☆

Grave of the Fireflies

Alternate Name: 火垂るの墓 (Hotaru no haka) Director: Isao Takahata Year: 1988 Trailer: Being bombed by American B-29 bombers, two siblings, Seita and Setsuko, gather their belongings. So that the three could be heading to the bomb shelter. However they were caught off guard by the bombers incendiary bomblets, starting the fires in their neighborhood. Arriving unscathed to a clinic in a school to see if their mother made it, but was severly burned and died shortly after. Nowhere to go Seita and Setsuko move in with a distant aunt. The families food rations diminish due to the war, but the aunt is irritated by the siblings for not doing anything to earn the food she cooks. Will Seita and Setsuko continue living with their distant aunt or will they move out? Rating: ☆☆☆☆             See it
