The monsters live on the island in fear of humans. Riding in a little rowboat, a young boy arrives on the island to find some mushrooms, but his baby brother snuck on his rowboat, wanting to help his big brother. Spotted by two monsters the older brother was chased back to the rowboat, but noticed that his baby brother is still on the island. Will the brother rescue his baby brother or will he just stay at the village? This film may feel like Disney's "Monster's Inc." in almost every aspect. Rating: ☆☆☆☆             See it

During a civil war the SEAUn (South East Asia Union) decides to being the sibyl System as an experiment. Shambala Float system provides temporary peace and safety. However, the SEAUn convey terrorists attacks on Japan. Akane Tsunemori travels to Shambala Float to investigate the truth of the incidents that have drawn evidence linking them to Shinya Kogami. Will Akane be able to conclude the evidence to Shinya Kogami? It's a good film, but it may be confusing as well as a slow start. It felt a bit too predictable throughout the movie which brought it down a bit. The only thing that saved this movie was there was cool segments. Although the movie was a bit slow it was kind of exciting after the movie got into motion. Rating: ☆☆☆☆             See i

Alternate Name: パロルのみらい島 (Paroru no Miraijima) Director: Kazuaki Imai Year: 2014 On a distant island there are many wolf-like animals residing and they don't know anything outside the island. Zuzu has a collection of human objects that anything you can think of is probably there in the pile. Rikotto noticed a music box that she discovered a photo of fireworks. Wanting to go, but Zuzu and Parol are uncertain to adventure outside the island. Will Rikotto be able to see the fireworks in person or will she just dream of seeing them? The characters are flat, dull and no significance to any of the characters in this film. ☆☆ Watch it if bored

Alternate Name: 忍空 (Ninku) Director: Noriyuki Abe Year: 1995 Trailer: In a hot desert the four members of Ninku Aito, Rihoko, Choji and Fuusuke repair their plane. An ad for an bouncer was their calling. When they arrive to accept the job, the major told them that he already hired the Ninku. However the could be servers for the Ninku clan to defeat the Heaven & Earth clan. Was there another Ninku clan that the four didn't know about? I liked the humor of the "Ninku the Movie", but I would like to know what happens after the ending. Wished there was a sequel to this film. ☆☆☆ Watch it

Alternate Name: ストライクウィッチーズ (Sutoraiku Witchizu) Director: Kazuhiro Takamura Year: 2012 Trailer: In Europe of 1945, a young girl named Yoshika Miyafuji lost her witch powers during the previous Strike Witches' mission. Yoshika plans to study to become a doctor. A new recruit of the Fuso witches known as Shizuka Hattori escorts Yoshika to study abroad. Will Yoshika Miyafuji be able to get her witch powers back or will she become a doctor instead? I liked the battleship designs, the character designs but what I did not like was the panty shots. To me it felt like to much booty in the face. If it were one or two okay, but more than three is to much and  it's a turn off for me. However, if you enjoy that then this movie is for you. Rating: ☆☆☆             Rent it
